We are so so fond of Tahini & Garlic Dip. It goes with kebabs, potato wedges, french fries. As a spread on a wrap. Or with a splash on a sandwich. The flavors are so succulent that I love having it without anything. Before I forget, it goes well with salads too. Dip your cucumber, carrots or tomato. It is yum.

It was years and years ago on my visit to Delhi. It feels like a dream. From yearly visits it has been more that 15 years, I visited Delhi. Well my Bade Mamu lives there. And back in those day, our school vacation started with visit to Delhi and ending to my nani’s home in Jaipur. So on one of the visit, my married cousin had invited us at their home for dinner. And with Biryani she served this Chutney. The taste still lingers on my tongue.

I have noticed that there are less varieties of beverages on my blog. Though I prepare a lot. And in Ramadan , it’s a daily thing. We break our fast with dates but to quench our thirst, there is always a sharbat on the dastarkhwan. Roohafza sharbat is mostly on  alternative days but there are many types of milkshakes too. And so I will make an effort to share my daily sharbats too.
