Strawberry Slush
Strawberry Slush. Frozen Strawberries with loads of minty flavor for the upcoming summers.
It is spring reminding us that summer is just around the corner. Every week K just gets greedy seeing the ripe & luscious strawberries in the market. And the result is my freezer is loaded with ample amount of strawberry. I have made pies to cakes , icecream to sorbets, smoothies to shakes, or eaten raw or sometime with chocolate. But the remaining are still stacking up in my freezer. So thus this quickie strawberry slush.
I have made strawberry slush with the combination of mint & lemon. Churned together frozen strawberries , mint , lemon & honey if it is sour. Jaggery also gives a good taste. There are no particular measurements for this recipe. If you are more inclined towards mint, add more mint for minty flavor. Or more lemon for more sourness.
