I love coffee in any form. Be it plain, with milk or espresso. I like my coffee. When I am at work a little dosage of espresso give me the required pump of energy to  regenerate my creative thinking. It may sound weird to many. But when you are working continuously as a food stylist with no rest in between to meet the deadline, I need my extra doze.  And this coffee cream is a great invention by whoever has created.

Gond Ka Halwa / Indian Gum Halwa is a winter delicacy from the state of Gujarat. Flavored with hot spices like ginger powder and nutmeg, this halwa give a feeling of warmth on cold days.

Since the death of my parents , the month of December & January have become very gloomy each year. Though its been few years since their death, but these months remind me of the days when their health turned from bad to worse. The pain intensifies within me waiting some bad thing to happen.  With passing years, I have come to realize that one may be of whatever age, we will always miss the love &  warmth provided by our parents. 1. Minty Plum & Lemon Popsicle is a burst  of flavors. The taste of  red plums with the aroma of mint & a tang of lemon. Heavenly.

I love Popsicle. And if they are of fruit then it’s a heavenly. I have shared two recipes of popsicle before . Mango & Kiwi.  Today the recipe is one of my favorite. As it yells summer. I know, I know summer is nearly over. It’s officially over in Dubai at least . But there is still a lot of humidity in the air. And it’s still hot . Maybe around next month we can talk about winters.
