During Ramadan, preparing dinner becomes a huge chore as more concentration is on the iftar. So this is my list of Dinner Recipes for Ramadan. This list has Pulao , Khichda, Chicken & Meat Curries. And also the egg curry. As vegetables are rarely eaten, this list has only a few recipes for it. But you can check more vegetarian recipes in the home page of my website.

I am mostly finished with my Ramadan Preparation. And I am a bit relieved. At the least my food part is nearly over. I usually start my preps after 15th of Shaban. It has been kind of a ritual at my place to start all the preps after fifteen.I remember my nani used to make long lasting halwas in Shab e barat and say, this will last till the initial days of Ramadan. So not to worry about sweets for the initial days. As eating a little sweet after each meal is considered a Sunnat. So desserts are a must at my place. May it be a little piece of jaggery or dates.

Tahini & Garlic Dip

We are so so fond of Tahini & Garlic Dip. It goes with kebabs, potato wedges, french fries. As a spread on a wrap. Or with a splash on a sandwich. The flavors are so succulent that I love having it without anything. Before I forget, it goes well with salads too. Dip your cucumber, carrots or tomato. It is yum.
