This year we have developed a love for the cold treats. And we are combining our fruits into popsicles. These popsicles are so easy to make. You just need to churn them in a blender. Pour in a mould and freeze.Mango Popsicles

Mango has its own sugary content so there is no need to add additional sweetener. But if by chance mangoes are sour adjust the sugar level according to your taste. For this recipe of Mango Popsicles , I have used Kesar Mangoes. It has its own distinguished taste and give a delicious aroma and flavors to the mango popsicles.

Ingredients

  • Makes 4 popsicles
  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Honey /sugar to sweeten
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Blend all the above to liquid.
  2. Pour in popsicle mold.
  3. Freeze 5 to 6 hour till firm.
  4. Unmold & Serve
