In my initial days of marriage K used to tease me by asking if you know how to make this and that. He would often give regional names to the dishes I knew to confuse me.  Being from Gujarat with influence of northern indian indian cuisine, there was loads of language differences. And dishes including various things had different names from what we use. This Badshah Pasand had become a huge headache , I would say  for me.
