Since the death of my parents , the month of December & January have become very gloomy each year. Though its been few years since their death, but these months remind me of the days when their health turned from bad to worse. The pain intensifies within me waiting some bad thing to happen.  With passing years, I have come to realize that one may be of whatever age, we will always miss the love &  warmth provided by our parents. I love Popsicle. And if they are of fruit then it’s a heavenly. I have shared two recipes of popsicle before . Mango & Kiwi.  Today the recipe is one of my favorite. As it yells summer. I know, I know summer is nearly over. It’s officially over in Dubai at least . But there is still a lot of humidity in the air. And it’s still hot . Maybe around next month we can talk about winters. So I am starting Lunch stories on my blog. I have been sharing many of my lunches on Instagram. And I am being asked recipes, which I sometimes post but many a times it becomes difficult. And I also need to keep my blog updated. So this series, where I will try to update the my lunch stories.

Lunch Stories

So for today my lunch story is simple Palak Alu ki Sabzi,  Gilki Chane ki Dal, Roti & Chawal. No sides. I was in a hurry & this is what I was able to whip up in a span of half hour. Yes half hour.  My cooking range has 4 stoves. So it becomes easy to cook. And whip up quick meals. But as I do my weekly preps. Things are quite easy for the week.
