Khade Masoor Ka Pulao, a one pot meal in combination of meat and lentils. Super easy and quick recipe with the use of pantry ingredients
If you are following my space, you may know that I love love one pot meals. And I have many recipes which is a meal in itself. You don’t need any extra curry of any special sides to make. A bowl of plain yogurt would be more than enough to complete the entire bowl.
Previously, I have shared the recipe of Khade Masoor Ki Biryani. But this recipe of Khade Masoor Ka Pulao is one step further making it more simple. How. Well , the ingredients used in both the recipes are nearly same but what makes it different is the process.
While Khade Masoor ki Biryani was elaborate. Rice had to be cooked. Red lentil had to be cooked. Masala was prepared and then the layering of all the three . Phew ! So much. But for this pulao. None of that. It is super simple. Just gather all the ingredients and follow the easy peasy process.. And we are ready with delicious looking pulao in 45 minutes max
