250 gm fresh whole peas
1 tsp oil
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
5 to 6 tbsp water
Salt to taste
Method
- In a deep pan heat the oil.
- Add the peas & keep stirring continuously for few minute
- . Add in turmeric, salt, chilli powder. Stir again.
- Add in water. Cover and cook on low flame till all the water evaporates and it’s dry.
- Serve hot.
- Eating method: Take the whole pea pod in your mouth and drag in between you teeth and enjoy with the skin layer.
