With the advent of summers the desire to have cooled stuff like icecream, sharbats and lassi have also increased. If you are like us who love to have cooler drinks in the afternoon instead of chai then you are in for a delicious and soothing drink Kiwi ka Sharbat. As the name suggest this sharbat is made of kiwis with a hint of lemon. Kiwi ka sharbat is an excellent thirst quencher for the summers.
Living in this multicultural region have exposed us to variety of fruits. And we love to make sharbats giving a desi twist of Indian flavors.Few days back, I was checking my recipe list and was wondering why I have not shared the variety of sharbats we make in summers.
To amend this mistake , I am sharing with you kiwi sharbat with combination of lemons and infused with the flavors of cumin powder , mint and topped it with strawberries .You can use other fruits like orange, pineapples and apples as a variations.
Making kiwi ka sharbat is quite easy. You need only to assemble all the ingredients. Pour in chilled soda water to give the fizz and top it with mint leaves to add a more of the cooling effect. Garnish with strawberries and serve with loads of crushed ice.
